Time: 11 Minutes Total for chanting I AM - All IS

Sit in easy pose - easy cross legged posture

FOCUS ON THE TIP OF THE NOSE.

Raise the hands to be level with the shoulders. The Index Finger on the hand that is resting remains up.

The thumb holds down the other fingers.

Chant in a monotone

Focus on the tip of the nose and curl the index finger down.

Chant "I" with the index finger pointed down on on the right hand.

Chant "AM" with the index finger pointed up on the right hand.

Change Hands

Chant "All" with the index finger pointed down on the left hand.

Chant "IS" with the index finger pointed up on the left hand.

 

Time: 1 Minute Total for chanting I AM AKAL

Chant "I Am Akal" for one minute with the index finger on both hands pointed straight up at the same time.

Note: I am akal means I am undying.

 

To Conclude:

Deep Breath and Squeeze the whole body.

Cannon-fire exhale through the mouth (forceable exhale)

Stretch with arms up over the head rotate the wrists.

Relax your hands in Gyana Mudra.
