This meditation opens the creative aspect of God (Brahmn) to manifest things, allowing prosperity to come in

Start with the arms straight up and elbows bent 90 degress with palms facing forward.

The arms create 90 degree angle with elbows bent and the LEFT hand pats the top of the head on "HUME" and "HUM" the RIGHT arm remains straight up with the elbows bent 90 degrees. The palms faces forward

BOTH arms are straight up with the elbows bent on "Brahmn Hum" with the PALMS Facing Foward

Eyes are on the TIP of the NOSE

As your chant the "hum" sound "HUMM" make a humming sound with your mouth

TIME: Chant "Humme Hum Brahmn Hum" for 11 minutes

So again the left hand pats the crown or seventh chakra on chanting "humme" and "hum"

It is the (soft spot) at the top of and back of the head

The seventh chakra is used to as a tool to communicate with our Spirit self within and without

Chant Hume Hum (like hummingbird) making a HUMMING SOUND

Bring the arm straight up with elbows bent with the palms facing forward and pat the soft spot or 7^th or crown chakra
CHANT: HUMME

CHANT: HUM

CHANT: BRAHMN HUM

To conclude:

Inhale hold the breath and and tighten the spine.

Stiffen the left hand. Pull the energy up the spine into the left hand.

Do it a total of three times.

Shake your hands over your head.

Feel the light and lightness of your consciousness
