Well, it is something you cannot buy but the good news is you can learn it.
I joined a fitness club a couple of months ago, my aim, to improve my general fitness and build up my muscles needed to hit the golf ball further down those fairways, I can report an improvement in both, my fitness has certainly improved, my golf is reaping the rewards not just in distance but the ease at which I now walk the fairways.
When I filled out the application sheet I had to request the areas of the body I would like to improve and my reasons for doing so, I listed co-ordination as one of my goals, this was the only area that I related my gym visits to Darts, I signed the form and agreed to the subscription of £35 per month.
I was pleasantly surprised when my trainer presented me with a set of juggling balls, what are they for I asked him, well you put down you wanted to improve your co-ordination, these will do the trick, he was a goal keeper before injury put him out of the sport, juggling was something goal keepers are taught to gain that hand eye co-ordination we speak about.
Think about it, dart in hand, eye looks at the target, hand/arm releases the dart, result, if all the components are working right, success, does it work, well so far I have noticed a great deal of improvement especially in the concentration department.
Give it a go, it may well surprise you
