In this tournament Gokou and Jackie Chun face off in a clash of titans. It's a very good match until during an attack on Gokou, Gokou looks at a full moon and turns Oozuru (ape). Of-course he damages the arena like mad and is finaly taken down by Jackie Chun. Soon after Gokou puts on some new clothes, which have been torn by the transformation, the battle continues. Soon both fighters drain all their ki and go to a hand on and combat situation. Both fighters kick each other and go down for a count of ten. It is then told that the first person to stand up, smile, and say "I guesss I win" is the winner. Gokou gets up and is about to win when he falls down in the middle of the sentence. Chun then says the words and is the winner.

21st Tenchi Budoukai

-The 21st Tenchi Budoukai was during episodes 19-28 In DragonBall. The winner was Jackie Chun and the runner up was Gokou.
