Rules to avoid the fear of computer
virus
There are a lot of computer virus spreading out. There
are some rules to be observed.
- Make sure to put down your name and your
school in the subject line so that the receivers
can learn who has sent the message before
they open the mail. Avoid saying in the subject
line simply "Hi!" or "It's
me."
- Greet the receiver by specifying his/her
name so that the receiver can learn that
the message is written to him/her. The man
who spreads computer virus usually sends
hundreds of hundreds of mail with his virus
at random without knowing the name of he
receiver. Watch out for the mail without
a proper greeting.
- It's polite to add your name and email address at the end of your
message.
- Don't attach any files other than Word, Excell and JPEG files to
your mail.
- Explain what it is when you attach above-mentioned file to
your mail.
