Coach Jen is is starting her 3rd year as Conestoga Valley Girl's Junior Varsity Coach. Her job is to introduce the new players to the game of volleyball and prepare them to move on the the Varsity team. Coach Jen uses her CV volleyball and College volleyball experience to teach the winning tradition at CV.

In her first two years with the JV squad, she has compiled a league record of 17-11 and an overall record of 35-21-5.

During post season play, Jen works with the Varsity squad as they face the best teams in Pennsylvania.
