When you talk about Lady Bucks Volleyball, you are talking Coach Al. Coach Al has consistently developed winning teams by passing on his knowledge and love for the game to each year's new team.

In the past 10 years, he has posted a 120-0 match record in Section II of the Lancaster Lebanon League. His string of 7 straight League championships is the longest in league history. And even though this past year he posted seconds in Leagues and Districts, he coached the Lady Bucks to the school's first State Championship.
